Hold the knife and pull it back and towards steadily, with no downward motion at all. Especially for herbs it is important to cut them instead of crush them accidentally.

Wipe up spills promptly. Clean with a damp cloth. Wipe dry.
To renew shine, polish with lemon oil or orange oil.
We recommend using a multi-surface cleaner or stainless steel cleaner to remove spots.
Name Derivation
The name Crono comes from Cronopio Dentiacutus. Cronopio is a mouse-sized extinct mammal with sharp corner teeth.
